Nikki and Jon's Wedding at the Seabank

Nikki and Jon’s wedding was on 28th August at the Seabank Hotel in Mellieha, Malta. They arranged the whole thing with me via email and we first met a few days before the wedding. As soon as I met them I knew it was going to be a fantastic day, they are such a lovely couple. I was right, it was an awesome wedding and they had a great day. Big thank you Nikki and Jon for asking me to shoot your wedding, it was a beautiful day. More information on my Wedding Photography can be found HERE
A few words from Nikki and Jon below, thanks again, I wish you all the best for your future together.

I don't usually make time to write reviews but when I received the login code for our wedding photos, I looked through them and cried – not something that happens often.
Many people take time meeting and speaking to lots of different photographers before actually deciding on ‘The One’ and some even choose to do test shoots etc. But when you get married abroad this is not always possible and I probably wouldn't have had time to do all of that anyway. Luckily I found Joe’s website and after reading about him and his style of photography, I was sold. It suited me down to a tee.
Joe had a tough gig. I was hiring a professional to his job, blend in with our guests, get those unexpected shots when we weren't looking but also be on hand if we did something he wasn't expecting, like capturing the moment Jon took me by surprise and picked me up.
I like organized chaos but Jon is a little more traditional and Joe was right on point with both the more traditional photos that Jon wanted and the casual ‘moments in time’ that I preferred. We both love how well each of these approaches were represented and feel they reflect exactly how Jon and I are as a couple.
Joe is also the perfect guest who happened to bring some pretty snazzy camera equipment along with him. We had a laugh with him during the day, even though I'm pretty sure he got tired of us asking if he wanted a drink – well the champagne won't drink itself!
I couldn't recommend a nicer person who really cares about your big day and, although he may appear relaxed, he definitely has a roving reporter’s eye, constantly looking to capture the most perfect pictures for you to cherish forever.
It took me a while to think about what people would want to know or how much they could be bothered to read but if you just take this away: We hired a professional to provide a professional service and we got above and beyond what we expected. I only wish our home was bigger so I could hang more canvases!
We would like to thank Joe for capturing the essence of us as a couple and our special day in the photos he took – they were a real gift to us.
